You're here because you have (or once had) a fiberglass boat that got a little rough treatment in the past.
You did take "Before" and "After" pictures of the damaged area, right?
Did you take in-progress photos of the repair?
Did you go so far as to video your work?
If you answered (or will be able to answer) "YES" to any of these three questions, then you may be able to turn your experience into a PRIZE!
Share your work with us, and you may be chosen to win a $100 West Marine or Amazon gift certificate. (If you don't shop at West Marine or Amazon, let me know, and we'll find another retailer!)
In order to participate, the reader must provide a detailed, ORIGINAL write up of a repair job.
The entry should describe the process used to make the repair.
The entry should provide a list of tools used and a Bill of Material for supplies.
The entry should provide a "Lessons Learned" section or a "What worked well and what didn't", if applicable.
The entry should contain pictures that provide "before and after" as well as "repair in progress" views. Videos are also acceptable (and encouraged!)
I will select the winners based on helpfulness and quality of the entry.
Remember: The goal of this contest is to allow readers to share their experiences to help others in similar situations.
